In this combination of CSC-certified coffees roasted for filter extractions, the warm notes of the natural coffee from Fazenda Samambaia (Brazil), typical of Brazilian coffees, combine with the acidity and flowery, citrusy profile of the coffee sella selection of Yrgalem (Sidamo gr. 2 CMI selection). The result is a balanced product in which the aromatic depth of Yrgalem rests on the velvety body of Fazenda Samambaia coffee. It is designed and tested for use with both filter machines and manual filter extraction methods. This makes it a perfect accompaniment to breakfasts with “international” pastries, but it is also a pleasant afternoon drink.
