It is a blend of Arabica coffees from the Brazilian plantations of Monte Alegre and Samambaia, plus coffee from the Indian Vellakadai plantation.
The result of this encounter is a 100% Arabica blend that in the cup reveals surprising structure, great persistence, and an elegant, easy-to-understand aromaticity. Aromas of vanilla and shortbread give way to an enveloping sweetness that finally gives way to an intense aftertaste of dark chocolate. The result is a coffee perfect for a traditional breakfast, accompanied by quality pastries.

The Guernsey cow, is an ancient breed of cattle, neglected in recent decades by most breeders because of its low production yield (about 24 liters per day compared to the Holstein’s 40), but capable of producing milk whose nutritional and organoleptic level has truly complete and valuable characteristics for human beings and especially for the growth of children (A2 A2 beta casein, high levels of beta carotene , and antioxidants, and a high and particularly balanced intake of Omega 3 and Omega 6).
